Delete your account and your data
Bingoluma creates an anonymous online account (a "device account", with no email address and no password) only if you use an online feature: online play, playing with friends, visiting a friend's house. Here is how to delete this account and the data linked to it on our server.
1. In the game (the simplest way)
- Open Bingoluma.
- Open Settings.
- Tap "Delete my online data" [À CONFIRMER : libellé anglais du bouton dans le jeu], then follow the instructions on the screen.
2. By email
If you can no longer open the game, write to contact@rokkiro.com with the subject "Deletion of my Bingoluma data", giving your friend code (for example "BL-4F7K"), which you will find on the game's Friends page ("Your friend code"). Your account is not linked to any email address or Google account: this code is the only way for us to find it. 3. What is deleted
- your device account, its identifier and your friend code;
- your player name, your avatar and your level;
- your friends list (you no longer appear in your friends' lists), your invitations and your notifications;
- your published house;
- the counters linked to your account: gold won today in multiplayer, number of rounds played, request counters, date you last opened the game.
Time frame: we delete this data within 30 days at most of your request.
4. What remains, and for how long
- The server's encrypted backups: your data may remain in them for up to 14 days, then these backups are deleted. on the publisher's computer, in France, for 14 days at most
- The server's technical logs (without player names): [À CONFIRMER : contenu et durée de conservation].
- The IP address fingerprint used to slow down mass account creation is not attached to your account; it is erased after 24 hours at most.
- Your game on the phone (progress, gold, collection, house, settings) is not affected, because it is not on our server. To erase it: uninstall the game, or use "Clear data" in the app's Android settings.
- At Google: ad data (AdMob) and Google Play data are managed by Google, under its policy. You can reset the advertising ID in the Android settings, and review your consent in the game (Settings > "Ad privacy" [À CONFIRMER : libellé anglais du bouton dans le jeu]).
- The emails you sent us, including your request: [À REMPLIR : durée de conservation].
5. After deletion
If you use an online feature again, the game creates a new account with no link to the old one: a new friend code and an empty friends list. [À CONFIRMER : comportement du jeu après la suppression]
6. Automatic deletion
Even without a request from you, an account with no friend, no multiplayer round played and that you have not opened for 180 days is deleted automatically. An account whose creation never got as far as a player profile is deleted after 2 days.
