Delete your data
Ricolux has no account and no server: we keep no game data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. Your progress and settings are only on your phone. Here is how to erase them, and how to manage the data Google holds for ads and purchases.
1. On your phone (the simplest way)
- Uninstall Ricolux: all its data (progress, daily challenge streak, settings) is erased with it.
- Or, to start again from scratch without uninstalling: open Android settings > Apps > Ricolux > Storage, then tap "Clear data" (the labels vary slightly from phone to phone).
2. Android backup
If Android backup is turned on for your phone, a copy of the game's data may be in your Google account's backup. It is managed by Android and Google, not by us: you can review or delete it in Android settings (Google > Backup) or in your Google account.
3. Ad data (Google)
The game's ads are provided by Google AdMob, which receives your phone's advertising ID and your interactions with ads. This data is held by Google, under its own rules. To manage it:
- Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (depending on the phone: Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Manage the ads and activity linked to your Google account at myadcenter.google.com and in Google's privacy settings: myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
- Review your consent to personalised ads (European Economic Area and United Kingdom) in the game: Settings > "Privacy".
4. Your purchases (Google Play)
Your purchase history, including the "Ad-free" purchase, is held by Google Play and linked to your Google account; we have no access to it. Uninstalling the game does not erase it: after a reinstall, "Restore purchases" removes the ads again. To review this history or exercise your rights over this data, see your Google account (Google Play > Payments & subscriptions) and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. E-mails you sent us
If you wrote to us, we can delete your messages on request: write to contact@rokkiro.com with the subject "Delete my Ricolux data". Without a request, they are kept: for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted at the latest 12 months after the last exchange.
